WHY MATCH ON
Childhood is a fleeting window, and every Sunday missed is a brick missing from the foundation of your child’s future. At Match On, we bridge the gap between a casual hobby and high-performance growth, blending elite fitness conditioning with the high-stakes thrill of Cricket and Football matches specifically designed for the 6–12 and 12–16 age groups. Whether it’s a boy finding his rhythm or a girl discovering her fierce power on the pitch, we ensure no child is left behind in the "winter slump" that quietly erodes a child's stamina, immunity, and self-esteem. While most are staying indoors, the Match On squad is on the field building the grit and explosive speed that will define their entire year. Don’t let your child be the one watching from the sidelines or through a screen while their peers become the fittest, fastest, and most confident versions of themselves—because these developmental years don't have a replay button, and once the season starts, the gap only gets wider.

HOW IT WORKS
ATHLETICS & MOVEMENT FUNDAMENTALS
Athletics forms the core of our physical development approach. Kids train in running mechanics, speed & agility, balance, coordination, and strength-based movement patterns. These fundamentals improve stamina, posture, and body awareness — helping children move better, perform better in sports, and stay active with confidence in daily life.
LTAD BACKED CURRICULUM
Long-Term Athlete Development model, ensuring kids progress through age-appropriate training. It focuses on building physical literacy, sport-specific skills, and healthy habits, setting the foundation for peak performance and lifelong fitness—while keeping the sessions engaging and fun.
MULTI-SPORTS SKILLS CRICKET & FOOTBALL GAMEPLAY
Our sessions integrate structured cricket and football training to develop game sense, teamwork, and decision-making on the field. Kids learn batting, bowling, fielding, dribbling, passing, and positional play — through match-format drills that encourage participation, discipline, and leadership, while ensuring every child enjoys learning and playing.
