Two age groups. One cricket season.

Every Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM across 5 grounds in Indore. Cricket only — no other sports, at any age.

8 – 12 Years

Ball

18-yard pitch, smaller boundary

Cricket curriculum

  • Batting: grip, stance, balance, straight-bat drives, running between wickets and calling
  • Bowling: run-up rhythm, straight-arm action, landing the ball on a target length
  • Fielding: ready position, two-hand catching, chase-and-return, backing up
  • Game sense: field awareness, simple field placements, rotating strike
  • Athletics: running mechanics, agility ladders, balance and coordination games

12 – 16 Years

12-over matches, max 3 overs per bowler

Full 22-yard pitch

Cricket curriculum

  • Batting: shot selection, playing pace and spin, building an innings, finishing games
  • Bowling: seam and spin variations, changes of pace, bowling to a plan and a field
  • Fielding: diving stops, boundary work, slip and close catching, wicket-keeping basics
  • Game sense: reading a match situation, captaincy, over-by-over planning
  • Athletics: speed and acceleration, age-appropriate strength, injury-prevention work

A Typical Sunday

7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

  • 7:00 – 7:20 AMCheck-in, warm-up and mobility
  • 7:20 – 8:00 AMAthletics block — running mechanics, speed, agility, coordination
  • 8:00 – 9:00 AMSkill block — batting, bowling and fielding rotations by group
  • 9:00 – 9:20 AMHydration and recovery break
  • 9:20 – 10:45 AMMatch play — league fixtures (December only). In October and November this slot is practice, scrimmage and match preparation instead.
  • 10:45 – 11:00 AMCool-down, coach feedback and Sunday wrap

Please note: the match-play slot is scored league cricket in December only. October and November Sundays follow the same time structure, but that slot is practice, scrimmage and match preparation — no scored matches.
