MatchOn 2.0 is a single continuous season — not a set of standalone events or competitions. Every Sunday builds on the last.
Phase 1October 2026
Register → Assess → Select → Auction
- 1Registration opens — pay the ₹500 registration fee to secure an assessment slot
- 2Welcome Kit handed out immediately after registration, before assessment: Jersey, Water Bottle, Tennis Ball, Physical Brochure
- 3Assessment day — cricket skills, fitness and athletic ability evaluated; playing role identified (Batsman / Bowler / All-rounder)
- 4Selection — players who qualify move forward
- 5₹3,000 Participation Confirmation fee, paid after selection and before the auction
- 6Player Auction — teams draft selected players from pools based on assessment performance and role
- 7Team allocation, then Team Jersey handed out
Phase 2October & November 2026

- 1Cricket skill development — batting, bowling, fielding blocks every Sunday
- 2Fitness and athletic development
- 3Team coordination and combinations
- 4Match preparation and scrimmages — no scored matches in this phase

Phase 3
Road to the trophy

League matches
Every Sunday in December, all teams play across the 5 grounds.

Points table
2 points a win, 1 for a tie or washout, ranked by net run rate.

Qualification
Top four teams per age group qualify from the league stage.

Playoffs
Semi-finals played on the same Sunday morning window.

Final
One final per age group, played on the closing Sunday.

Champion + Awards
Champion Team trophy plus individual awards: best batter, best bowler, best fielder and most improved player.
